23. Arbitration Agreement

  • Class Action Waiver: All disputes will be arbitrated on an individual basis, no class or representative actions.
  • Arbitration Procedures: Arbitration will be conducted by JAMS under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules, by a single arbitrator who is a retired judge or experienced attorney. Location is the federal district where you reside or as otherwise agreed.
  • Arbitration Fees: HelloGenius will pay all filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees for arbitration initiated by either party.
